Question

How so I reset the carmera to take pictures that are 650 mb or less?

I use this camera for work and must upload my pictures to websites that only allow 650 MB jpegs. Currently I have to resize each picture on my computer before I can use it. I would like to eliminate this step by taking photos at a lower size setting.

Question

Why won't my camera not turn on?

I purchased the camera in April. I took it to NYC last week, took many pics and the battery went dead. I did not have my charger with me, so I charged it last night. The green light was flashing when I hooked the camera up to the AC adapter. After a couple of hours, I tried to turn on the camera and nothing happened.

If its under warranty the send it in for repair, if not I would consider buying another as it will more than likely cost more to repair than it would to buy a new camera.

Question

Problem deleting Images after downloading to Windows Vista Photo

After downloading succesfully to my Vista OS laptop using Windows Photo software, the images cannot be deleted. I have the 'erase images' ticked but unfortnately after a few seconds and the 1st, 2nd? images are deleted the software seems to stall and never gets to deleted the images 3 onwards. This means I have to cancel the delete, disconnect the camera and delete them on the camera. Is this a driver problem? Can you send me the correct driver?

Question

Why will it not take a picture when I hold down the button to do so?

Whenever I hold down the button to take a photo, the camera doesn't seem to respond or take the photo. It seems to sit there. It doesn't freeze. No flash comes on. I don't know if I have an incorrect setting on/off but it is very frustrating. The camera also seems to be acting slow when I want to go back and see what photos I've already taken.
