Nikon does not make an LCD monitor cover for the D7100. The D7100 LCD monitor glass is scratch and shock resistant.

These remotes are compatible with the D7100:

The MC-DC 2 Remote Cord : Plugs into the D7100 accessory terminal.

ML-L3: Connects wirelessly with the D7100 when the camera is in Remote Control Mode. See D7100 Manual page 127-129 for details.

WR-T10 transmitter and WR-R10 transceiver: These are used together. The WR-T10 transmitter triggers the WR-R10 transceiver which plugs into the D7100 accessory terminal. See D7100 Manual page 130 for more information.

WR-1 tranceiver: This must be used with another WR-1 or with a WR-R10 plugged into the D7100's accessory terminal. See D7100 Manual page 130 for more information.

No it is a DX lens for use with APSC sensors.

Crop factor is 1.5 and the filter is 67mm.

Yes, the camera body can be purchase without a lens. Right below the price, there are options to purchase the camera body only or purchase the kit which includes a lens.
