Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8G ED-IF AF-S DX

how is it on the fullframe cameras. reviews state the corner go black, and it is not sharply focused and use lose the wide angel. is this true when used on a fullframe camera?

It is designed for DX cameras so yes it will cause vignetting on full frame unless the camera is set to DX crop mode, which then seems a pointless having full frame only too use it in crop mode.
