Do you make a teleconverter that would fit my Nikon D300 camera with Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens?
I think the lens may be hard to fit.

Question
what accessories come with this lens ?
Could someone tell me what else comes with this refurbished lens ? Would it be the same as if you purchased this lens in 'New' condition ? What kind of warranty does it have, same as a new one ??
Any chance of this lens going on sale, as it was a month ago, in 'New' condition #I just missed the sale by 1-day and really wanted the 'new' one at the $696 price point !!!! #
