I don't believe it does, mine did not. So an outlet that can accommodate the plug has to be found, which can be a pain. If sold outside the U.S. it should have an adaptor.
Should the Yellow light glow when the charger is plug to the wall?
My doesn't, and the yellow light is always on while charging the battery that is depleted. Is my charger broken?
THANKS :)

Well this is the answer that I got from someone at Savins 365 - Amazon-Marketplace (the Seller) "it is supposed to stay on & turn off when battery fully charged ( this charger comes in 2 versions, one where light blinks & then stops , other when light turns off )
please try charging battery for 6 hours & then let us know of the outcome , thanks"

When charging starts, the charge lamp flashes slowly in green. About four hours and 30 minutes are required to charge a fully exhausted battery. When the battery has been completely charged, the charge lamp turns off.
When I click the "authorized dealers" button above, it just says" click here for details" & when I do, it comes back to original screen?

I am planning to use the MH-61 charger to charge my EN-EL5 batteries in Tanzania.
The electric outlets in Tanzania are 220-240 volts 50 Hz with 3 rectangular prongs. Can I plug the MH-61 charger directly into a Tanzanian outlet if I have an adapter for the 3 to 2 prongs, or do I need a converter (transformer) to step the voltage down to 120 volts? The charger has written on it: INPUT: 100-240 V with 50/60 Hz written on the back. Does this mean I don't need to convert the voltage to 120V? Thank you. Alice Fagin

You will have to use an adaptor for the pin difference but apart from that it will work without other convertors.
This charger says it is 110-220 volts and 50/60 cycle. Does that mean it can plug into a 220 plug directly (with the right adapter of course)? I have a 220-110 converter but can I plug this in to a wall with only the appropriate adapter (American 2 prong to whatever country's two or 3 prong wall adapter for instance without the converter)

Charge time is approximately 2 hours. The blinking (not flickering) light in the charger means is charging. When is solid light it means that the battery is fully charge.
Hi, I asked the previous question, a think my charger is broken, or I bought a fake one, because when I plug on power without the battery, the LED is always off, when a put the battery the LED is always on, for almost 6 hours, 3 times more than indicated, then the LED turn off, no blinking, no change color, nothing, Im worried because I dont want damage my baterrys. I will continue charge via camera. any ideia ? thanks of answer in so short notice.

You are welcome to send your charger in order to be evaluated by a technician. Title: How do I get my Nikon product serviced? URL: http://support.nikontech.com/cgi-bi...
I just got my camera a month ago and it came charged fully. I hadn't gone through the box completely when I got the camera and now I need to charge and there was no charger included and I have to purchase one. When I looked at this same Nikon brand charger on Amazon, several people commented that you would need to purchase a cord in order to use the charger? Does this unit, sold as is, not plug directly into an outlet with foldable prongs in back? I need to know so I can purchase the cord to go with it. Thanks!

I noticed that the specs on the item state that there is a cord with it? So there are probably no foldable prongs on the back.

If the light is flickering (very fast) it may be that the ambient temperature is not suited for charging or the USB cable or Charging AC adapter is not properly connected, or there is a problem with the battery. Disconnect the USB cable or unplug the Charging AC adapter and correctly connect it again, or try a back up battery.
