Question

Can I use this if I'm using the Nikon wireless remote speedlight ring flash?

The Speedlight commander is in the hot shoe mount so how would I get aroungd that? Is there any other product I can use that just goes in the 10 pin mount?

no, it need a 10 pin port which D70-S or D90 doesn't have. Wou will need ML-L3 Wireless Remote Control.

If you need long range wireless remote you will need to find a Third-party Build wireless remote Which run by Radio rather then Infrared single. There is alot Third-party of manufacturer make them.

The ML-3 is not design to release the shutter for video recording. Only for photos.

You need to set the camera in bulb, and the ML-3 in C, and keep the button pressed since it doesn't have a lock option.

The only way to keep the shutter open is to set is to C and keep your finger on the button. There is no timer on the ML-3
